Unpublished orbs should have a grace period in which the name can be modified and the orb can be switched between public and private, in case an error was made during creation

Any update on this potential feature? I mistakenly created a new orb as Public, and since it is unpublished, I don't see why I shouldn't be able to delete, rename, or change the type of the orb.
