Many organizations using orbs would most likely want to publish their orbs privately.
I assume orbs will be scoped to your GitHub org as namespace?
So it would be great if we can publish orbs to foobar/wizzle (assuming GH org foobar), and to have those be only visible to users / jobs within org "foobar"

Hi Everyone - beginning today, administrators on any paid plan can create, publish, and maintain up to 3 private orbs within your organization. On our scale plan, customers will still have full access to an unlimited number of private orbs.

Timothy Clarke: Hi Timothy! Sorry for any confusion this might have caused - we flip the status to "complete" when customers can start using our product, including in preview programs. We'll continue to update the status on here when GA is available - note that per Tim's comment below this feature will only be on our Scale Plan. CircleCI will soon begin previewing private orbs to our Scale Plan customers. While we know developers have enjoyed using our open-source orbs, since its launch two years ago, many have wanted a way to privately share their configuration across multiple projects. Private orbs enable developers to do exactly that. At launch, this feature will be exclusive to developers on our Scale Plan, who especially have requested a way to increase privacy, efficiency, and internal sharing across their organization.
