The documentation for the
machine
tag on https://circleci.com/docs/2.0/configuration-reference/#machine offers the ubuntu-1604:201903-01 image. However, as soon as you run
apt update
on that image, it cannot find the Release file at this location:
https://packagecloud.io/circleci/trusty/ubuntu xenial Release
This means that no new
apt
packages can be installed.
