The most recent MacOS builds have a specific Xcode and Node combination:

10.1.0: Xcode 10.1 (Build 10B61), Node 11.0.0

10.0.0: Xcode 10.0 (Build 10A255), Node 10.11.0

It would be nice to have bundled as part of the stock image to provide flexibility in switching/installing different node versions similar to other node/linux images.
