Show org-wide concurrency limit somewhere in the Insights dashboard. Currently, this requires CSMs/AEs to manually pull the limit # and send to customers for reference.

Current concurrency limits are now listed on the plans page.

Nathan Fish: I don't think this was/is what a majority of the voters on this ticket wanted - I think they wanted to see how many jobs

were

being run at a given period of time.

I don't see how an organization can make a commitment to paying customers (i.e. 80 concurrent jobs) but not make that information available to them. Customers of cloud services should be able to verify or tune their usage in an immediate, self-service manner (see: https://nvlpubs.nist.gov/nistpubs/legacy/sp/nistspecialpublication800-145.pdf)
I've attached a screenshot where the public commitment is made.
Related: a huge thank you to the CircleCI staff who pulls this data for customers. I'm sure this is frustrating for you in addition to the customers.
