Request to have the ability to set a workflow to trigger at the end of the pipeline. This could be used to:Perform a cleanup or teardown of resourcesEmulate sending webhook data (containing infromation about the pipeline)Trigger 3rd party integrations.

With the release of Inbound Webhooks (https://discuss.circleci.com/t/trigger-pipelines-from-anywhere-inbound-webhooks-now-in-preview/49864), you should now be able to trigger a pipeline by adding a curl command to your config. Note: in order to use inbound webhooks, you need to be using the GitHub App integration (https://circleci.com/docs/github-apps-integration/)

Does this resolve your issue? Did you run into any difficulties while implementing?
