Writing a comment such as # Comment here is perfectly valid, if you add a emoji to this such as # Comment here 😃 the config doesn’t seem to run and provides no exception message.

Currently only Unicode 5.2 and under is supported to emojis which can cause issues with Github checks when trying to use any that are newer.

We would like support for newer unicode versions as well as emoji packs.
