Queue status dashboard for self hosted runners

The self hosted runners page shows the current jobs assigned to each CCI runner. It would be great if it could also show or list the current pending jobs in the queue.

@sprunki Great idea! Showing pending jobs would give better visibility into the queue and help manage runner workload more efficiently.
