Good suggestion! Displaying pending jobs alongside running ones on the self-hosted runner page would provide a much clearer overview of system load. Even Granny could grasp how much more efficient that'd be! Knowing the queue depth helps with proactive resource allocation, optimizing performance, and preventing bottlenecks. A simple list or counter would be valuable.
