There's no self-serve access to our current CircleCI credit balance and we have to email our CSM to request that.

We need a way to self-serve access that to help us track our usage, validate our calculations and manage our CircleCI account.

Related: ideally the org credit balance would be available to our non-Github Admin users, because our org only has a few Github admins and these are not necessarily the same folks who manage our CI.
