Multi-GPU resources

We have received requests for Machine executor instances with multiple GPU units. While we currently only offer single-GPU resources[1], we are collecting interest and additional information about use cases for multi-GPU resources.
If you are interested in multi-GPU compute, please vote for this idea and add a comment elaborating on your use case.

It was possible until recently to have 2 GPUs with "gpu.medium" resource_class. Now there is a warning shown:
> Resource class "gpu.medium" is not a valid resource class
What is a remplacement for this resource_class ? Thanks
