Currently our container runner solution allows containers to be provisioned on demand. Our server product allows full orchestration and pre-provisioning of machine executors for faster builds. Customers would like the same ability to use CircleCI cloud orchestration with private/on-prem machine runners that intelligently auto-scale on demand.
