Please fix this, as developers we need more positive vibes in our lives.

This is pretty common functionality in other CI/CI platforms and very helpful for dev teams to quickly see if builds are resolve without opening the site.

These were helpful in version 1.0 I still get emails if a job fails, but don't get notified if any future commits resolved the issue. If someone else breaks a test and then fixes it, I used to be notified that it was fixed and then I didn't have to login to CircleCI to check on it.

Also, the settings still say "Send me a personalized email every time a build on a branch I've pushed to fails; also once they're fixed." so if you're not going to fix this, at least remove the wording from the settings.
