We now log create and delete actions for envars and SSH keys. We plan to look at enhancing audit logs more in the future too.

We will be announcing basic audit log soon. When we first launch it will be available only to the Security Contact of an Organization, however. We will explore adding more audit log info to the UI in the future, but we are very cautious to expose any security info in the UI.
