API Support for Plans Information

The Plans page has a UI with a lot of useful information regarding credit utilization, user, network and storage usage information.

It will be nice to fetch these information via an API for reporting purposes.

some of it is already available, but unfortunately it's still missing a lot. For example the very important "available credits" number to setup alerts to avoid running out of credits.
