Allow annualized customers the ability for teams/projects to have their own credit balance/usage under one annualized contract. Each team/project would have their own LMK for auto-refill and would not be able to use other team/project's credits, they'd need to buy more on their own when credit balance is low.

This would prevent internal billing issues for ENT/COMM customers and improve their internal usage projections.
