Add Gitea and Gitea.com support

Gitea is a self-hosted git service and gitea.com is based on that and many open source repositories will store on that. It also support OAuth2. Any chance to add support to gitea?

Here's another request, and vote, for Gitea. I use Github for some projects, but I have a local Gitea I use for internal projects, and I'd love to be able to hook it up to CircleCI.

what would be needed for the CircleCI to convince integration?
is there something missing on gitea side?
(Implementation could be derived from github ones since gitea has a realy similar api to github v3 api)

Its functionality is identical to github, with proper 2FA and OpenID, oAuth support.We use CodeBerg which runs Gitea.https://codeberg.org/Its designed for Non Profits and open source.The performance is much better than github, and its much simpler to manage many organisations and accounts compared github for me at least.Joe
