When using the "rerun failed tests" feature, the option to "rerun workflow from failed" still appears. The difference between these two options can be upwards of 30 minutes in some cases.

Having the ability to toggle "rerun workflow from failed" off for the project via config or UI would be helpful.

Emphasizing that using "rerun failed tests" would be more time/cost effective in the drop down would also be helpful.
