If you define multiple workflows and have correct indentation on the first workflows and one indent too little on the rest, circleci config validate does not trigger an error.

Also seeing this behaviour. 
On local machine:
#> circleci config validateConfig file at .circleci/config.yml is valid.
On CircleCI:
Build-agent version 1.0.15094-f9052b81 (2019-09-06T14:53:51+0000)
Configuration errors: 1 error occurred:
* In step 6 definition: Step[removed]has incorrect indentation, it should be formatted like:[removed]
