Something like an approval job but triggered by an endpoint would be AMAZING for us. It would let us do all the heavy lifting of builds automatically but then only trigger the deploy when the appropriate engineer is ready. This could take the perceived deploy time for something that has a 20 minute build phase and 1 minute deploy phase down from 21 minutes to 1 minute - as it would only take 1 minute from pushing the button to completion.

That would be an epic feature!
