Include trigger-related info in response from (GET) jobs/workflows API v2 endpoint.

At the moment, API v2 jobs/workflows related endpoints don't return information about the "trigger". Being able to access this information via a job/workflow level API v2 endpoint would be helpful to easily identify SSH reruns.
