Build node metrics ( CPU / RAM )

Please add Build nodes metrics globally available in widely used opensource formats such as InfuxDB ( Telegraf ) or Prometheus.Having to add Orbs and steps to run top does not show a state of the Build node at all times during the build, making it impossible to debug any of the Resource related issues.
