Log Configuration for Circle Enterprise Services Box

It is not possible to easily configure logging for the docker services that run on the Circle Enterprise Services Box. For example, we could like to access logs for the frontend docker process via Cloudwatch. Currently, we get around this by logging into the box and use docker logs.

Ideally, a terraform variable to configure docker logging for the services box. Alternatively, we could be given instruction on what we need to update on the startup script for the services box to correctly setup this logging.

A million times this. It should be pretty trivial, actually. Docker supports Gelf out of the box, so would just be a matter of tweaking the parameters that the containers are launched with.
