From an Orb page, such as circleci/node, there are no references to the Orb's source repository on GitHub (or other SCM platform). As a result, it's very difficult for enhancement requests, or bug reports, to be filed by users of the Orb.
This feature is available now: https://circleci.com/docs/2.0/orb-author/#describing-your-orb
> Would having it be available in orb source and then rendered in the registry be sufficient?
If you mean, similar to the `description` field, then that would be my preference.
It would be easier for me to keep the repository URL in-sync with the repository's location if the information was stored **within** the repository.
This is a planned feature - we are looking at adding a home_url field, either as part of the orb metadata or in orb source. Would having it be available in orb source and then rendered in the registry be sufficient?
