Specifically, the desired end state would have the ability to kick of one or more separate pipelines from the source pipeline while it waits, and it would go on pause without consuming credits until a signal or response has been sent back to the source pipeline to continue/finish/fail/cancel. These pipelines while separate (projects, environments, deployments, dedicated testing) are intrinsically linked and should show up in the same workflow DAG view.
