We recently launched enhanced email notification preferences with filters for "My Work", "Followed Projects", workflow statuses, and default branch settings.
What we want to know:
What notification filters or options are you missing?
What's confusing or unclear about the current experience?

I'm getting tons of notifications for failed builds on projects I'm following, but when I go to the settings page, every single box is unchecked. Is there something I'm missing?

I'm not sure many people suddenly wanted notifications for successful workflows sent to them out of the blue. Bit annoying.

Paul Littlewood thanks for the feedback. You can disable those notifications from user settings > notifications: https://app.circleci.com/settings/user/notifications

I'm definitely a little bit confused about what my work means and I'd also really like a button that just allows me to say do not notify me at all.
I see it says ones that you personally triggered but does that also mean PRs that I authored that triggered a CircleCI pipeline?

alex.southwell@displayr.com Hi Alex, thanks for the feedback. My work will only notify you for builds you triggered. In a situation in which you are the author but not the actor who triggered the build, you will not be notified unless you also follow the project.
