Allow checking whether a string contains another string in expression based job filters

Currently expression based job filters only support checking the prefix of a string.

It would be useful if this could be expanded to check for substrings throughout the whole string.

You’re absolutely right — adding full-string substring search would make it much more flexible. Definitely something worth considering for the next update!
