Set Up New Project API

An API endpoint to start build a new repo with an already existing config. We have a terraform pipeline to manage Github repositories but we still need to manually add project to circleci.

My corp is looking for this feature because we are automating the process of the creation of new services. It is not possible to call an API to set up the project, maybe we need to change our sollution to use another CI available with this feature on! :cry: ...
